Novena-Chanel Davies
Novena-Chanel Davies is the founder of the Epigenetic Relational Therapy Academy (ERTA) and the creator of the Integrative Epigenetic Relational Approach (IERA-Therapy®), a pioneering trauma therapy model integrating epigenetics, neuroscience, and relational psychotherapy.
As an accredited integrative counsellor, trauma specialist, counselling and psychotherapy lecturer, researcher, and author, she is dedicated to advancing the field of trauma-informed practice and intergenerational healing.
Background
Drawing on a multidisciplinary background in counselling, life coaching, holistic wellbeing practices, nutritional advisory training, trauma research, and therapeutic education, Novena-Chanel has worked extensively with individuals, families, and professionals to explore how trauma, identity, and systemic influences shape emotional and relational wellbeing.
Her work integrates insights from relational psychotherapy, neuroscience, attachment theory, and holistic wellbeing disciplines, including yoga teacher training and Reiki practice.
Novena-Chanel is also actively involved in research, training, and consultation, supporting organisations and independent researchers in exploring topics related to trauma, race, gender, neurodivergence, intergenerational stress, and identity development. Her work is dedicated to bridging the gap between research and therapeutic application, ensuring that trauma-informed practice continues to evolve to meet the needs of diverse communities and marginalised voices.
Through her leadership at ERTA Academy®, Novena-Chanel continues to educate, inspire, and empower professionals and organisations worldwide in their journey towards trauma healing and relational transformation.
