1. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of books and digital products, we only accept returns or exchanges in the following circumstances:

• Damaged or Defective Books: If your book arrives damaged or with printing defects, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
• Incorrect Order: If you receive the wrong book, we will replace it with the correct one at no additional cost.

Books must be returned in their original condition (unread, unmarked, and undamaged) to be eligible for an exchange.

2. Digital Products (eBooks & PDFs)

All digital book sales are final and non-refundable due to the nature of digital downloads. If you experience any issues accessing your eBook, please contact our support team at info@ertacademy.org

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be granted in the following cases:

• The book is damaged or defective upon arrival.
• The wrong item was sent and cannot be replaced.
• A duplicate order was placed by mistake (request must be made within 24 hours).

Refunds are not issued for:

• Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
• Accidental purchases.
• Delayed shipping times due to courier issues.
• Damage caused by the customer.

4. Refund Process

If you qualify for a refund:

• Contact us at info@ertacademy.org within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and a clear photo if applicable.
• Once your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

5. Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (damaged or incorrect item).
• If a replacement is required, we will cover the cost of shipping for the new item.

3. Shipping Rates

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

4. Tracking Your Order

5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

Contact the courier for updates.

We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. However, we are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

6. Returns Due to Incorrect Address

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for:

• Re-shipping fees if they wish to have the order sent again.
• A partial refund (excluding original shipping costs) if they no longer wish to receive the order.

7. Pre-Orders

If you have pre-ordered a book, please note:

• The estimated shipping date will be provided at checkout.
• If you order an in-stock item with a pre-order, they will ship together when the pre-order becomes available.
